1. Who we are

2. What we do — and what we don’t

We are an independent introducer of short-term vehicle leasing and rentals. We match you with a rental supplier from our approved panel. We are not the rental supplier and we do not own the vehicles. Any rental agreement is between you and the supplier — we are not a party to it and are not responsible for the vehicle, the supplier’s service, or the terms they offer.

3. Our role

We act only as an introducer of short-term vehicle leasing and rentals. We are not the rental supplier, we do not own the vehicles, and any rental agreement you enter into is directly with the supplier.

4. Using our forms

• You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter a hire agreement.
• Please give accurate, complete information so we can match you well. The supplier will confirm your eligibility and any checks (only with your permission).
• Getting a quote or enquiring is free, carries no obligation, and we do not run a credit check — so it leaves no mark on your credit file.

5. Pricing and availability

Prices shown are indicative “from” guide prices provided by our partners and can change with availability, term and your circumstances. Nothing on this site is a binding quote or an offer of a contract. The supplier you’re introduced to confirms the final vehicle, price and terms before anything is agreed.

6. Commission

When an introduction leads to a hire, a supplier may pay us a commission. This never changes what you pay, and we’ll always tell you who we’re introducing you to. Transparency here is the point, not the small print.

7. The website

We provide the site “as is” and may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time. We don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free. The content and branding on this site belong to us or our licensors — please don’t copy or reuse it without permission. We’re not responsible for third-party websites we link to.

8. Our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of suppliers, for the vehicles or hire agreements, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or our introduction service. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under law. None of this affects your statutory rights.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.
