Introducer Agreement

1. Who we are

Fast Track Leasing is a trading name of HDCH Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 16237398), registered office Unit 12 Yeomanry Road, Battlefield Enterprise Park, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY1 3EH. You can contact us at info@fasttrackleasing.co.uk. In this agreement, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Fast Track Leasing; “you” means the person signing the application.

2. What we do — and what we don’t

We are an independent introducer for short-term vehicle leasing and rentals. We take the details you give us and match you with a provider from our network who is best placed to help, then pass your details to them so they can consider your request and arrange your hire.

• We are not the rental or leasing supplier. We don’t own the vehicles and we don’t hire them to you.
• Any rental or leasing agreement is made directly between you and the provider — not with us.
• We do not provide finance, credit, loans or any regulated consumer-credit product, and this agreement is not a credit or finance agreement.
• We can’t and don’t guarantee that any provider will accept you or offer a particular vehicle, price or delivery date — that decision is always the provider’s.

3. Sharing your details — your authorisation

By signing, you authorise us to share the information in your enquiry and application — including your personal, address, employment, licence and supporting-document details — with one or more vehicle-hire providers from our network, solely so they can consider your request and arrange your hire.

• We share your details only with vehicle-hire/leasing providers in our network for this purpose — not with unrelated third parties, and never sold for others’ marketing.
• We’ll tell you which provider(s) we introduce you to.
• We handle your information in line with our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which forms part of this agreement and explains your data-protection rights, including how to withdraw your consent.
• Once a provider receives your details, they act as an independent data controller and handle your information under their own privacy terms.

4. How we’re paid

Our service is free to you — we don’t charge you a fee for an introduction. By signing, you acknowledge and authorise that, where an introduction leads to a hire, we may receive a commission or fee from the provider for introducing you. This is how we’re paid for our service.

• Any commission we receive does not change what you pay the provider.
• Some providers in our network may be connected parties; where that applies to your introduction, we’ll disclose it.
• You can ask us for more information about how we’re paid in relation to your introduction at any time.

5. Your responsibilities

• The information and documents you give us are true, accurate and your own to provide.
• You’re 18 or over and entitled to enter this agreement.
• You understand this is an introduction service, not an offer of a vehicle, price, finance or credit.

6. No obligation, and no credit-file impact from us

Signing lets us introduce you — it doesn’t commit you to hiring any vehicle or making any payment. We don’t carry out a credit check, so our introduction leaves no mark on your credit file. Any checks are run later by the provider, and only with your permission.

7. This agreement is non-exclusive

Nothing here stops you approaching other brokers, providers or suppliers yourself. You’re free to decline any provider we introduce you to.

8. Withdrawing your consent

You can withdraw your consent for us to share your details, or ask us to stop, at any time by emailing info@fasttrackleasing.co.uk. Withdrawing consent doesn’t affect any sharing that already lawfully took place, and a provider you’ve already been introduced to will handle your data under their own terms.

9. Liability

Because we only introduce you and are not party to your hire, we’re not responsible for the vehicle, the provider’s decision, or the terms, condition or performance of any hire arranged. Nothing in this agreement limits any liability that can’t be limited by law.

10. Electronic signature, law and version

You accept this agreement by signing your application electronically (typing your name, optionally drawing your signature, and dating it). That electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten one and covers both your application and this agreement. We record the version of this agreement you accepted, together with the date and time. This agreement is governed by the law of England & Wales.
